Bruce Elsner
President

Mr. Elsner is a senior business professional with over 25 years experience in the information technology, management, and consulting industries. He is an accomplished, collaborative leader with experience in operations, P&L management, and revenue generation. Bruce has recruited, developed, and built successful and profitable organizations. He has extensive expertise in managing organizations that plan, implement, and supervise large networks as well as complex website infrastructures for corporations. Bruce was one of the founders of AOmega, which was acquired by industry leader Neohapsis. Prior to starting AOmega, he served in senior management roles with Savvis, Cable & Wireless, and Exodus Communications. Bruce holds a B.S in Technical Management from DeVry University.

James Cermak
Founder and CTO

Mr. Cermak is a proven entrepreneur and excels in assembling world-class teams of industry experts. James is responsible for defining VONOA’s capability strategy and managing the performance and alignment of our execution. Prior to founding VONOA, James was a founding member and key contributor of Global Network Solutions (GNS) and AOmega LLC. Both startups matured into financially successful consulting businesses and were later acquired by industry leading companies.  GNS was acquired by Opsource Inc., a SAAS provider, while AOmega was acquired by Neohapsis, a national security and risk management solutions provider. Prior to his entrepreneurial roles, James worked for several companies including Forte Systems, Global Internet, Cohesive Technologies, Exodus Communications and Cable & Wireless as a technical and security architect.
